Ed is a singer/songwriter from Western Ontario who has performed extensively throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada. He has appeared at Hamilton's Festival of Friends, Owen Sound's Summerfolk and the White Oaks Festival in Oakville. Ed has also had the opportunity to perform internationally giving concerts in Haifa, Israel and Bangalore, India.
His first CD, "Singing the Spirit Home", recorded with Bill Crawford was featured on CBC radio and has been a popular part of Canadian folk music.
Ed has also released a solo CD entitled "Counting Waves" inspired by his travels, particularly his time spent in Israel. It features 10 gorgeously arranged original songs.
Ed also works as a sound technician and has worked with performers from all over the world through his association with Northshore Concerts in Port Dover, Ontario, Freewheelin' Concerts in Hamilton, Ontario, The Lighthouse Festival Theatre, The Victoria Playhouse in Petrolia, and many others.
